Career and Technical Student Organizations are a valuable resource and a wise investment in human development and leadership.

Student Organizations at the Career Center include:

        Future Business Leaders of America is a part of our Business Education training program

 

   Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America is a part of our ProStart/Foods Management program

 

            Health Occupations Students of America is part of our Therapeutic Services, Diagnostic Services, and Medical Reimbursement Services training programs

        Skills USA is part of our Automotive Service Technology, Building Construction Technology, Criminal Justice Technology, Networking Technology, and Welding/Metals Technology training programs

 

             Students in the Environmental Technology program participate in the West Virginia Envirothon.  Students exercise their training and problem solving skills in four universal testing categories. (soil/land use. aquatic ecology, forestry, and wildlife) Students also work on current environmental issues.

 

The National Technical Honor Society's Mission is to honor student achievement, leadership, promote educational excellence, and enhance career opportunities.  Students are recommended for NTHS membership by their training program instructor.
